      There is no such thing as Bad Publicity in the News Room for Marketing and selling Advertising Space–The Storm Team

      And since News Coverage is a Public Contact Sport with the "Arab Spring (which we will have to start calling something like the "Mid East Mess" because the looming War in Iran is with Persians, not Arabs)."  And "Occupy Wall Street" will become "Occupy Washington D.C.," all too soon as the Twenty-"Teens" become "The New '60s."  The News' "Hairdos" will parrot "More Trouble Comin' Every Day."

    MORE TROUBLE COMING EVERY DAY

    {original rock guitar sound}
    Well I'm about to get sick
    From watchin' my T.V.
    Been checkin' out the News
    Until my eyeballs fail to see
    News Reporters say that every day
    Is just another rotten mess
    And when it's gonna change, my friends
    Is anybody's guess

    So I'm watching and I'm waiting
    Hoping for the best
    Even think I'll go to praying
    Every time News Reporters sayin'
    That there's no way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day
    No way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day

    {Done Rap style}
    You know we gotta sit around at Home
    And watch this thing begin
    But I bet there won't be many live
    To see it really end
    'Cause the fire in the Street
    Ain't like a fire in the Heart
    And in the eyes of all these People
    Don't you See that this could start
    On any Street in any town
    In any State if any Clown
    Decides that Now's the time to fight
    For some Ideal he thinks is right
    And if a million more agree
    There ain't no Great Society

    {back to rock music}
    'N I'm watchin' and I'm waitin'
    Hopin' for the best
    Even think I'll go to prayin'
    Every time News Reporters' sayin'
    That there's no way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day
    No way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day

    {this line spoken} Wednesday I watched a riot
    {begin jazz music sound}
    I seen the cops out in the street
    Watch people throwing rocks and stuff and choking in the heat
    Seen the News Reports
    About the whiskey passin' round
    Seen the smoke and fire
    And the Market burnin' down
    Watched while everybody on The Street would take a turn
    To stomp and smash and bash and crash and slash and bust 'n' burn

    So I'm watching and I'm waitin'
     Hopin' for the best
    Even think I'll go to prayin'
    Every time News Reporters' sayin'
    That there's no way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day
    No way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day

    You can cool it
    You can heed it
    Cause baby I don't need it
    Take your T.V. set and eat it
    'N all that phony stuff on Sports
    'N all those Unconfirmed Reports
    You know I watch that rotten set
    Until my head began to hurt
    From checkin' out the way
    The Newsmen say they get the Dirt
    Before the guys on Channel So and So,
    And further They assert
    That any Show They'll interrupt
    To bring you News if it comes up
    They say that if the place blows up
    They will be the first to tell
    'Cause the boys They got Downtown
    Are working hard and doin' swell
    And if anybody gets the News
    Before it hits The Street
    They say that no one Blabs it Faster
    Their Coverage can't be beat
    And if another woman driver
    Gets gunned down from in her seat
    They'll send some Joker from Eye Witness
    And you'll See it all complete

    So I'm watching and I'm waiting
    Hoping for the best
    Even think I'll go to praying
    Every time News Reporters' saying
    That there's no way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day
    No way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day

    spoken
    {Hey, you know something people
    I'm not Right-wing
    But there's a whole lots of times
    I wish I could say I'm not Left-behind}

    {back to jazz}
    Well I've seen the fires burnin'
    And the local people turnin'
    On the Big Box Stores 'R Shops
    Who used to sell them brooms and mops
    And every other household item
    Watch the mob just turn and bite 'em
    And they say it serves them Right
    Because Employees they did slight
    And it's the same across the Nation
    With benefits discrimination
    They're yellin', "You don't understand me!"
    With all that Sound Bite crap They hand me
    In the News as on T.V.
    That Mass Media stupidity
    That seems to grow more every day
    Each time you hear some "Hairdo" say:
    "They want to go and do you in
    Cause your political skin
    Just don't appeal to them
    No matter if your Left or Right
    Because they're out for blood tonight"

    {musical refrain}

    {back to original rock guitar sound}
    As it applies to you and me
    Our Country isn't Free
    And the Law refuses to see
    That all that you can ever be
    Is just a lousy janitor
    Unless your Uncle Owns the Store
    You know that three in every four
    Won't amount to nothin' more
    Than pickin' 'n packin' the warehouse floor
    And make up songs about being poor

    So I'm watching and I'm waitin'
    Hoping for the best
    Even think I'll go to prayin'
    Every time News Reporters' sayin'
    That there's no way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day
    No way to delay
    That trouble comin' every day

    spoken
    {Blow your harmonica son!}
    –original lyrics by Frank Zappa

    MORE TROUBLE EVERY DAY

    TROUBLE COMIN' EVERY DAY-'66

    Found this version of "I'm The Slime" to replace the F.E.P.U. Only one above. Thanks Brian!
